Quartz
Engineered quartz is non-porous, never needs sealing and resists staining — the lowest-maintenance surface for humid Florida kitchens and bathrooms. Typical installed cost: $70–$120 per sq ft installed.
Marble
Calacatta, Statuario and other marbles deliver veining no engineered surface can replicate. Ideal for statement islands, vanities and baking stations. Typical installed cost: $80–$150 per sq ft installed.
Quartzite
Quartzite such as Taj Mahal is the hardest of our natural stones, heat tolerant and UV-stable — our first recommendation for lanai and outdoor kitchens in Florida. Typical installed cost: $85–$150 per sq ft installed.
Granite
Exotic granite handles hot cookware directly, is UV-stable outdoors and offers unique natural character in every slab. Typical installed cost: $60–$100 per sq ft installed.
